Prestwick House and eNotes Announce Expanded
Partnership and Launch of Subscription Program
Smyrna, DE, November 5, 2007 - Prestwick House, a leading educational publisher for English
teachers, and eNotes, a top online educational resource for teachers and
students, today announced an expanded partnership between the two companies
through the launch of a new subscription program.
The new
sales arrangement will give teachers extra options in accessing the unrivaled
library of literature teaching guides available through eNotes and Prestwick
House’s partnership. By subscribing to eNotes’ teacher subscription program,
teachers will have access to the full range of eNotes literature guides as well
as two premium teaching resources from Prestwick House or other publishing
partners per month for only $49.99 per month.
“It’s
very difficult to add a new book to a classroom,” says Keith
Bergstrom, Prestwick House’s General Manager. “By giving
teachers a subscription option, we’re making sure teachers always have the
resources they need to help students.”
“Our site
is visited by millions of teachers each year, we wanted to give them a
flexible, affordable option to get the content they need,” said eNotes’
president Brad Satoris. “A subscription to eNotes allows teachers to access our
thousands of pages of reference content along with lesson plans and other
helpful content from providers like Prestwick House.”
The
relationship between eNotes and Prestwick House began earlier this year when
eNotes began selling Prestwick House eBooks in their digital store. The
expanded relationship will take advantage of the eNotes proven expertise in
subscription products, and provide a service long requested by eNotes and
Prestwick House customers.
