Shipping Policy

What are your standard shipping rates?

Shipping rates are determined by the monetary value of your order. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Orders less than $3,000: add 10% of order total ($8.00 minimum shipping cost)
Orders over $3,000: Free shipping!

These shipping rates are valid for the continental United States. If you live in AK, HI, PR, or Canada, please call 800-932-4593 for a shipping quote.

When will I receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 10 business days.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are sent via UPS Ground, UPS, Surepost, or USPS Priority. We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Delaware, so the following shipping estimates by region generally hold true:

East Coast 3 – 5 business days
Midwest 5 – 7 business days
Rocky Mountains & West Coast 7 – 10 business days

We ship over 97% of orders within 24 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend or after 12 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday provided that the items on the order are in stock.

If you need your order more quickly, UPS three-day, two-day, and overnight service are available.

What options are available for expedited shipping?

We offer expedited services from UPS, including Next-Day, 2nd-Day, and 3rd-Day Air.

Expedited orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will not ship until the following business day.

Your shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package.

I live outside the US and Canada or in a US territory. Can I still order from you?

Yes! Our downloadable products are available to customers worldwide.

Unfortunately, we are at this time unable to ship physical objects to addresses outside the continental US, HI, AK, US protectorates (such as Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands), and Canada.

Return Policy

Schools and Individuals Return Policy

Items ordered directly from Prestwick House may be returned to us under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unopened, and include all components
  • Items may not be stamped or otherwise written in
  • Return shipments must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice — e-mail us at info@prestwickhouse.com if you need a copy.
  • Return shipments must be sent by traceable means within 90 days of the invoice date

Retailer Return Policy

Items ordered directly from Prestwick House may be returned to us under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unopened, and include all components
  • Return shipments must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice
  • Return shipments must be sent by traceable means within 60 days of the invoice date
  • Please call for pre-authorization on all returns
  • All Retailer returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

Refunds will only be issued for new merchandise ordered directly from Prestwick House and returned in original condition.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the items ordered as stated on the original invoice; original order shipping and handling and return freight charges will not be refunded.

We suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference.

A refund will be issued within 2 – 4 weeks of us receiving the returned item(s) provided they meet the conditions above.

What do I do if my shipment contains damaged, missing, or incorrect items?

Please email customer service at info@prestwickhouse.com with your order number and a description of the damaged, missing, or incorrect items. We will get back to you within one business day with a resolution. Alternatively, you may call us during our regular business hours at 800-932-4593 for immediate help.

All claims for adjustment must be made within 60 days of receipt.
