Twisted is a story about Tyler, a high school student struggling to take control of his life. When he decides to write some graffiti on the school to gain attention, he is sentenced to six months of probation, and many aspects of his life begin to change. Because it includes profanity, potential suicide, sexuality, and deals frankly with an obsessive fascination between the protagonist and a girl in his class, the novel may be a bit too mature for lower classes.
