The Prestwick House website is getting a major update on February 2, 2026. While we’re excited for this transformation, there are some changes coming regarding your PrestwickHouse.com account that we want to share with you.

After the website update on February 2, 2026, you will no longer be able to access your current PrestwickHouse.com account. You will need to create a new account.

Your current account will be available until February 1, 2026.

Due to the platform change, any orders you’ve placed on the current website will not appear in your new account after the website transition. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

Rest assured, our Customer Service team has your order information saved.

If you need to access information for orders placed before February 1, 2026, please reach out to Customer Service during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. EST).

If you have downloadable resources purchased before February 1, 2026, in your Resource Library, we strongly recommend downloading them now to your computer if you haven’t already done so. The current Resource Library will no longer be available after the website change. This does not mean you will lose access to your downloadable purchases.

After the website transition, if you need to access any downloadable resources purchased before February 1, 2026, please email our Customer Service team stating your name and the email address associated with your order. We are more than happy to send PDF products to you after we verify your previous purchase(s).
