I was so impressed with this book the first time I saw it, I purchased one copy for every teacher in my English Department. And they raved about it as well (I was the hero of the Department for at least a week). The easy-to-prepare, reproducible activities run the gamut from literary study, to grammar review, to higher-order-thinking-skill "games." There's just so much here - for warm-ups, sponges, sub plans, day-before-vacation activities - you won't be able to imagine what you did before you had it.
